Spherical needle roller bearings provide a compact solution in applications where space is limited. Due to the large number of rollers, they have a large load-bearing capacity. In its internal design, a convex outer ring is used to accommodate the two concave housing rings in the tensile sleeve, allowing the bearing to compensate for the initial alignment error. Bearings with inner rings are used in applications where shafts cannot be hardened and ground.
