Needle roller thrust bearings are designed to withstand one-way axial heavy loads and shock loads. The bearings are highly rigid and have very little axial clearance. The bearing consists of a needle roller and cage thrust assembly and a thrust seat with a centering flange. The flange is easy to install and is precisely centered on the riser bezel. In order to accommodate combined radial and axial loads, the bearings can be combined with needle roller bearings with drawn outer rings or needle roller bearings with machined rings.
